Dear friends and family,

This Valentine’s Day, we invite you to join us for an intimate gathering for to celebrate the opening of Shop of the Heart.

We wanted you to know who will be with us that day:

• Rev. Dr. Osagyefo Uhuru Sekou & Dr. DeAnza Sekou, offering welcome and blessing

• Joey Druck, Athabaskan leader and artist, sharing story and beadwork

• Jarred Isaac, reading from his new book of poetry “Who Am I Without a Mirror”

• Cristhal Bennett offering spiritual guidance, oracle readings, and Samples from the Guardian’s tea Collection

• Juelz Durant, guiding the opening walk through deep love that stays, and restores, seen in land, sculpture and art.

Tea will be offered throughout the day, along with simple nourishment shared in the spirit of care rather than occasion.

Arrival: 10:00 AM

Core gathering, walk and blessing: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Open fellowship: After 1:00 PM
